  • Project Initiation: A project is deemed initiated once the first payment is received and work has commenced, as per the agreed scope of services.
  • Change of Mind: Refunds are not provided for changes in the client’s decisions or requirements after the project has started.

2. Refund Eligibility

We may consider refund requests under the following circumstances:

  • Non-Delivery of Services: If PYB 247 Private Limited fails to deliver the services as agreed upon due to internal constraints or unforeseen issues.
  • Duplicate Payment: If a client makes an accidental duplicate payment for the same service, we will process a full refund of the duplicate amount.

3. Refund Exclusions

The following situations are not eligible for refunds:

  • Services that have been completed and delivered to the client.
  • Delays caused by the client, including late approvals or incomplete information.
  • Instances where the deliverables meet the agreed-upon scope but do not align with subsequent changes in the client’s requirements.

To request a refund, please follow the process below:

  2. Evaluation: Our team will evaluate your request within 7 business days to determine eligibility based on the terms outlined in this policy.
  3. Decision Notification: We will notify you of the decision within 14 business days of receiving your request. If approved, the refund will be processed promptly.

5. Refund Processing

  • Refunds, if approved, will be issued via the same payment method used for the original transaction.
  • Processing times may vary depending on the payment gateway or financial institution.
