- Non-Delivery of Services: If PYB 247 Private Limited fails to deliver the services as agreed upon due to internal constraints or unforeseen issues.
- Duplicate Payment: If a client makes an accidental duplicate payment for the same service, we will process a full refund of the duplicate amount.
3. Refund Exclusions
The following situations are not eligible for refunds:
- Services that have been completed and delivered to the client.
- Delays caused by the client, including late approvals or incomplete information.
- Instances where the deliverables meet the agreed-upon scope but do not align with subsequent changes in the client’s requirements.

- Evaluation: Our team will evaluate your request within 7 business days to determine eligibility based on the terms outlined in this policy.
- Decision Notification: We will notify you of the decision within 14 business days of receiving your request. If approved, the refund will be processed promptly.
5. Refund Processing
- Refunds, if approved, will be issued via the same payment method used for the original transaction.
- Processing times may vary depending on the payment gateway or financial institution.
