At PYB 247 Private Limited, we strive to provide our clients with high-quality services. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may lead to project cancellations. This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions for canceling services provided by our company.


1. Cancellation by the Client

1.1 Project-Based Services (e.g., website development, app creation):

  • Clients may request cancellation of a project by providing written notice to info@pyb247.com.
  • Before Project Commencement: If the cancellation request is made before work has commenced, a full refund (minus any administrative fees) will be issued.
  • After Project Commencement:
    • If the cancellation occurs after the project has started but is not yet completed, refunds will be issued based on the percentage of work completed, minus non-refundable costs (e.g., software licenses, third-party integrations).
    • A detailed breakdown of completed work and costs will be provided.

1.2 Ongoing Services (e.g., maintenance, hosting, subscription-based services):

  • Clients must provide a minimum of 30 days’ written notice for cancellations of ongoing services.
  • Any prepaid amounts for unused periods will not be refunded unless explicitly stated in the service agreement.

2. Cancellation by PYB 247 Private Limited

We reserve the right to cancel or terminate services under the following circumstances:

  • Breach of Terms: If the client violates our Terms and Conditions or engages in unlawful activities using our services.
  • Non-Payment: If the client fails to make payments as per the agreed terms.
  • Force Majeure: In cases of natural disasters, unforeseen events, or circumstances beyond our control that make it impossible to continue the project.

In such cases, clients will be provided with a written explanation and refunds, if applicable, will be calculated based on the percentage of work completed.


3. Non-Cancellable Services

The following services cannot be canceled once initiated:

  • Deliverables that have already been provided or completed.
  • Custom software development after the final design and development phase begins.
  • Third-party services or products procured on behalf of the client (e.g., domain registrations, software licenses, hosting services).

4. Cancellation Request Process

To initiate a cancellation, clients must:

  1. Submit a Request: Send an email to info@pyb247.com with the subject line “Service Cancellation Request.” Include details of the project or service and the reason for cancellation.
  2. Acknowledgment: You will receive an acknowledgment of your cancellation request within 3 business days.
  3. Review and Confirmation: Our team will review your request and confirm the status, including any applicable refunds or fees, within 7 business days.

5. Refunds and Charges

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per our Refund Policy.
  • Administrative fees, third-party costs, or expenses already incurred will be deducted from any refund amount.
  • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method and may take up to 14 business days to process.

6. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this Cancellation Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our Website.
